Institutional excellence
The “Organizational Excellence Qualification” service aims to enable institutions and companies to obtain the opportunity to run for the Institutional Excellence Awards, and to reach the professional level in the areas of performance and quality. The qualification service for institutional excellence includes assessment and diagnosis projects, capacity building, identification of improvement opportunities and implementation plans to reach the level of institutional excellence in accordance with international standards.
In AMAD, we adopt international scientific standards and methodologies to enable all governmental, private and non-profit organizations to provide the requirements for participation in institutional excellence awards such as the King Abdul Aziz Award for Quality and the European Model EFQM.
